Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

We are advocates of product research, and recommend doing so prior to making your purchasing decision. However, store returns are a fact of retail life. Our goal is to make the return process a pleasant transaction that is straight-forward and simple. Here are our guidelines:

  • Undeliverable packages, 'Return to Sender', & order cancellations (after items have shipped) are assessed a 17% restocking fee.
  • If items have not yet shipped and customer requests an order cancellation we will refund the total amount minus a 5% processing fee to cover our processing fees that have been charged to us by our processor.
  • We accept returns of unopened merchandise if requested via support@thevapelifestore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.
  • Portable (dry herb) vaporizers are eligible for replacement or The VapeLife Store credit, less the cost of return shipping and restocking fee.
  • All returns require a RMA#. Request one from support@thevapelifestore.com
    • Let us know your name, order #, return item, reason for return, and condition of the product. You'll receive a response within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Once the returned item is received from the original customer, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
    • The RMA# must be used within 14 days of issue date. Failure to do so, will void your return.
    • If you return an item using a pre-paid RMA#, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll arrange for a replacement. All defective merchandise must be reported to support@thevapelifestore.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include pictures and/or a short video. Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item(s)
    • If returned merchandise is deemed properly functioning upon inspection, we will send the same unit back at the customer's expense.
  • International Customers: If the return of your package incurs any types of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund.
 
The VapeLifeStore reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is deemed operable, and received in the entirety it was sent.
Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
