Where is my order?

Your package tracking number is provided via email when order is shipped.

With exception to pre-orders, standard orders will be packaged within 24 to 48 business hours from the date of purchase; and will be picked up the following business day. For Example: If you place an order Friday and choose USPS Express 1-day, it will be picked up by USPS the following Monday, and be delivered 1 business day after. Shipping timeframes are estimates by the courier.

Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist in locating your package if ever lost during transit. Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location, environmental conditions, and selected shipping speed.

For Priority International shipping, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US International Sort Facility, and then once it arrives in your country. However, not all countries will provide tracking updates. If you have not received your order within 15 days, please contact your local customs agency. Standard International shipping will only show movement from our facility to the US International Sort Facility. If you have not received your order within 45 days, please contact your local customs agency.

 

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and corresponding prices.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup options at this time.
